We tried setting ourselves to "busy" and adding an additional 30 minutes of prep time, but Deliveroo will still send the first available rider (no f*cks given that we are asking for nearly 50 minutes prep time). Yesterday we had 6 orders appear on our tablet all at the exact same time with identical pick-up times. We have been trying various methods to avoid wasting riders time, but nothing seems to help. It appears that our Deliveroo tablet data is very delayed and often shows incorrect pick-up information. As a small restaurant we get utterly swamped at rush hour on the weekend.
